We recommend you choose this option either if you are the sole Director in your own Company or a Director of one, two or even three SME companies and merely want personal protection for the exposures you alone face, away from any corporate D&O cover which may or may not already be in place. If you are a Director of a medium/large Company, or are one of a number of Company Directors/Managers/Supervisors we would advise you to select the 'Corporate' D&O Liability quote option, as this will be more cost-effective, provide wider cover and be more suitable to your needs. In addition, the Corporate option would automatically cover all other Directors, Managers, Supervisors and their spouses at no extra charge.
