What should I do in the event of a claim?
Our opening hours are 9.00am till 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You can not notify us of claims outside of office hours. However, your policy will have a 24 hour emergency helpline for you to call for access to emergency services. You may also be able to notify your insurance company of your claim out of business hours, although this varies depending upon who you are insured with.

Once the office is open, please notify us of any claims as soon as possible.

For our Corporate clients, we do provide access out of hours to your designated Account Executive for emergency assistance, however this does not include being able to amend policy cover as unfortunately Insurers are not accessible out of hours.

What if I need to make amendments to my policy outside of business hours?
Our opening hours are stated above. You can not make amendments outside of office hours. Please be aware that emails requesting amendments will not be processed until both our office and the Insurers office are open.

Any emailed amendments requested to be made to your policy need to be confirmed either over the telephone or in writing to ensure that they have been received. This is especially important where the changes are required late on a Friday, we need to confirm that there is enough time to process the changes.
